About the role
RD Global Ventures is hiring a Head of Sales to own revenue across our four product lines — double-sided tissue tape, masking tape, paper cup aqua coating, and Digital Wall Media. You will hire and manage Regional Sales Managers, set quarterly targets, build the channel network, and report directly to the founders. This is a foundational leadership role with ESOP allocation and a clear path to VP Sales as we scale beyond ₹100 Cr.
What you'll do
- Own top-line revenue and P&L for all four product categories
- Hire, coach, and retain Regional Sales Managers across North, West, and South India
- Build and rationalize the distributor + direct sales channel mix
- Forecast quarterly, monitor pipeline health, and present to the board
- Set pricing, discount, and credit policy in coordination with finance
- Open key accounts personally — Fortune 500 brands and large channel partners
What we're looking for
- 8-12 years in B2B sales with at least 4 years leading a sales team
- Proven track record scaling a category from ₹20 Cr to ₹100 Cr+
- Experience in industrial / FMCG / packaging / OOH preferred
- Strong financial fluency — gross margin, CAC, sales productivity
- Comfort presenting to boards, founders, and CXO buyers
Nice to have
- Existing channel relationships in adhesive tape or paper packaging
- Experience with both direct sales and distributor models
- MBA from IIM/ISB/equivalent
