About the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can take a strong B2B brand and turn it into a lead-generation machine. You will own the website (Next.js, hosted on Vercel), SEO, paid acquisition (Google + LinkedIn), content, and brand campaigns. You will work directly with the Head of Sales to align on ICPs, MQL definitions, and pipeline contribution.
What you'll do
- Own website performance — SEO, Core Web Vitals, conversion rate
- Run paid campaigns on Google Ads + LinkedIn ($15-25k/month budget)
- Build content engine: case studies, technical whitepapers, comparison guides
- Manage agencies for design, video, and PR
- Report MQL → SQL → Closed Won attribution monthly
- Run brand campaigns at industry events (LabelExpo, Plastindia, OOH Expo)
What we're looking for
- 4-6 years in B2B digital marketing, ideally industrial / SaaS / manufacturing
- Proven SEO results — 2x+ organic traffic on a previous role
- Hands-on with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Search Console
- Comfort writing technical copy or briefing writers
- Familiarity with HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce CRM
Nice to have
- Worked on a Next.js / headless CMS site before
- Experience with HubL / programmatic SEO
- Designed lead magnets that converted
