About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to spearhead client acquisition for our Digital Wall Media business — a pan-India digital wall painting operation serving FMCG giants like HUL, ITC, Nestlé, PepsiCo, and Coca-Cola. You will own the top of the funnel: identify accounts, run discovery calls, demo our transfer-print technology, and close pilot campaigns. This is a hunter role — you will spend time in the field with brand managers, regional heads, and outdoor agencies.
What you'll do
- Identify and qualify FMCG, telecom, BFSI, and political-party accounts in North India
- Run discovery, present our Digital Wall Media transfer technology vs traditional flex/paint
- Build a pipeline of pilot campaigns (2-3 walls test → multi-state rollout)
- Coordinate with the operations team on site surveys, quotations, and SOWs
- Maintain CRM hygiene (Zoho/HubSpot) and report on weekly funnel metrics
- Represent the company at OOH industry events and brand-side conferences
What we're looking for
- 2-4 years of B2B sales experience — outdoor advertising, FMCG sales, or media planning preferred
- Comfort with cold outreach (calls, LinkedIn, in-person walk-ins)
- Fluent English + Hindi; regional language a plus
- Willingness to travel 30-40% across UP, Delhi NCR, Punjab, MP
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and basic Excel/Google Sheets
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with brand managers at FMCG / telecom companies
- Experience selling to procurement / OOH agencies
- MBA from a tier 1/2 institute
